My dear Husband finally listened to me. He now understands the importance of hydration. He keeps an extra pack in his briefcase and he takes a bottle already mixed with him every day. I’m so thankful for that. This mix as well he loves the peach flavor. And I want to say this is an ideal product for older people because we have a tendency to forget to drink water to forget to hydrate we get so busy doing whatever it is we’re doing that we forget to stop and drink and this really helps him. Remember, he’s got a great drink to sit on during his workday and he enjoys it and it gives him what he needs.

Remember when we were kids our mom gave us electrolytes? Why did we ever stop using them? I’m glad I found this product to re-start my engine after any vigorous activity. I especially like the flavors. Easy and effective!

I absolutely love this Liquid I.V. White Peach flavor! It’s refreshing, not overly sweet, and has a clean taste that makes it easy to drink. I appreciate that it’s sugar-free but still gives me the electrolytes and hydration boost I need, especially after workouts or spending time in the sun.It dissolves quickly in water without clumping, and I’ve noticed a big difference in how energized and hydrated I feel after drinking it. Helps me drink more water
This helps me drink more and keep me hydrated. I tend to get dehydrated and then have low blood pressure. I do not like plain water and drink decaf iced tea all day. I add some of this to my large tumbler with ice snd it dissolves fast. I do not use the whole packet as I find it too sweet, so I get multiple uses out of each packet.
