Highly inaccurate
This wrist BP monitor seemed like a real bargain compared to similar ones I’ve seen in drug stores costing several times more. Seemed accurate, compact, easy to use and even talks. I’ve always liked wrist monitors compared to upper arm ones because they are easier to use and compact. Now that I’ve used this monitor for a few weeks I’ve changed my rating to one star because it’s been telling me I have extremely high blood pressure. But when I immediately run my BP again with my old Omron, it tells me my blood pressure is fine. I find this completely unacceptable and just ordered a new Omron which is more expensive, but hopefully accurate.

Not so great…
I wish I could get a refund because the accuracy is way off. The size was fine it’s the as mine. I’ve bought one in the past but mine is accurate not the new one. Mine is easy to use, and is of good quality. My blood pressure was not accurate on the new cuff. It seems the quality of the new one was dialed down. Not sure what to do with the new one.

Unreliable BP Readings
I tried this device on four separate family members several times and found one of ten readings was correct. I knew there was a problem when it reported below normal (for example 100/60, 90/43, 89/57) readings for all but one. When I checked those same people with another device more accurate above normal (for example 139/83, 157/89) readings were detected within minutes of using this device The gap was too large and if used would put my family at risk.The product was easy to use and read. The instructions were easy to read and followed exactly as presented. In addition, the audio report of results was clear and easy to hear even for those with hearing challenges.BUT none of that matters if the device readings are wrong.

Broken or poorest of quality
This item would be good if it worked properly. 2 of us used this to test it several times each. Every time the measurements were amazingly high. We tried to lay down, sit down and stand and no matter what position it was very high every time. Every measurement was different. I dont mean but a few numbers, I mean the measurements were like they were from completely different people. Yes, we took multiple measurements in the the different positions to come to this conclusion. The screen is good and it is easy to use but if its this inaccurate none of that matters.

Not accurate
I took my blood pressure with 3 different cuffs and this one had my numbers so high it would have been a medical emergency had they been accurate. The other 2 we’re within 2 points of one another and I was in a normal range.This is what I get for buying something so cheap and thinking it might be just a good deal.The voice would be helpful for people who have difficulty reading the monitor screen, but for me it’s annoying and loud.The screen and numbers are large and easy to read but the inaccuracy is not offset by this.It’s rechargeable and that’s a nice feature but again that doesn’t offset the inaccuracy.Overall it has some great features to it but being so inaccurate it’s not something I’d recommend to anyone.

Not functional. Always abnormally low.
I like the way it is set up to work but every time we used it our blood pressure was abnormally low. We tried it on 4 people and either we all have abnormally low blood pressure or this monitor doesn’t work. We purchased a different brand monitor and voila! Not abnormal!

Blood pressure monitor
This does not give accurate readings one time there was high blood pressure, the next was low and then there was high blood pressure again. Due to the inaccurate readings I returned the device.

Inaccurate Diastolic Readings
Diastolic consistently reads 10 mmHg below arm cuff product. Systolic and heart rate readings are within an acceptable margin of error. Took several consecutive readings on both wrist and upper arm cuff products to test. The arm cuff product is accurate. My technique on both products was correct. It would be dangerous of me to rely on the wrist cuff readings. I waited too long to test, so now I can’t get my money back and there is no way to contact the seller. Avoid this product or test it at your doctors’s office or against a reliable arm cuff product within 30 days of receipt.
