Stops palpitations and symptoms of the dehydration you didn’t know were symptoms of dehydration! Amazing. I always have this on hand. Amazon rejected my first review because I referred to this solving a health problem…..ok, well it addresses many things that are rooted in dehydration and your doctor may not know that.

This works better for my relative who works in the hot sun doing hard work
This has a lot of potassium, magnesium, dandelion, and other good natural healthy stuff in it, and it makes my relative’s muscle cramps and go away after he has sweated all day working hard. I hate that we’re wasting so many plastic bottles and have reached out to the company asking if we could buy powder instead that would be much better than transporting these heavy bottles all over the place and then where I try to reuse them over and over but it’s just very wasteful. Selling packets of powder that we can mix up would be way better

Truly makes you feel like you had an IV
Tried this by chance when I wasn’t feeling well. It truly does do all the things it promotes on the side label of the bottle. It’s amazing how much better you feel after consuming it ! The flavor could be enhanced slightly but it’s totally easy to get down!

This product helps to keep you hydrated especially when you work out or are sweating a lot . It’s a good product but just a little pricey.
